Rules and Payouts
Players choose a 2-digit number (from 00 to 99). Correctly predicting the First Round yields an 80:1 payout, while the Second Round pays 60:1. Forecast tickets pay 4,000:1. Tickets must be bought physically at government-approved physical counters in Meghalaya.
